We're teaming up with BLM for the 3rd year in a row to bring you an awesome National Public Lands Day on the Upper Colorado River!
This page will be updated with additional details as the event gets closer, but in the meantime we invite you to join us and share the date with friends and family!
Like last year, you're welcome to camp Friday through Sunday for free. The main event will take place on Saturday, September 28th, starting with a river cleanup. After the cleanup we'll celebrate with BBQ, free beer, and live music.
Camping is free Friday through Sunday! Campers can arrive anytime after 1pm on Friday to setup camp at Group Sites A or B.
A Protect Our Rivers team member will be at the entrance to hand you a pass so you can camp and park for free.
Meet at 9:00 am at the Gazebo at Pumphouse for registration. Bonfire Burritos is kindly donating breakfast burritos!

You can participate on the water in your own craft or on land by walking the trail that follows the river.
Specific details on shuttle and river stretches will be provided on August 1st.
Protect Our Rivers will host a celebration at Pumphouse after the river cleanup, complete with free beer, dinner, and prizes. Bob's Barbecue will be there serving delicious food for volunteers!
We'll hang out, swap stories from the day, and enjoy some music as the sun goes down. We’ll also have some great giveaways you can win including a Badfish SUP, Kokopelli Packraft, Paco Pads, and more!
